Dimensional Fund Advisors is a global investment firm with over 500B in assets. Dimensional’s new client site is the destination for clients to understand and communicate Dimensional Investing in ways that serve their investors and grow their business.

Challenge

My team was tasked with creating a set of data tools for the new client site that allows users to research funds, build complex financial models, and compare funds and models by leveraging interactive data visualizations and custom reports. I collaborated with design, strategy, data, and development team members within an agile design environment. My role was to create prototypes, wireframes, and iterate on design directions to solve unique challenges within investment, financial science as well as build and scale design system component libraries.
